The Gerald R. Ford Council is divided into four districts based upon geopgraphical area. The four districts provide the program for the hundreds of Scouts and Units served throughout the Council.

Five Rivers District - Serving Montcalm, Mecosta, Ionia and Kent County Communities of Lowell, Sparta, Kent City and Cedar Springs

Eagle Spirit District - Serves Kent County, Barry County. Includes areas of Ada, Banfield, Belmont, Caledonia, Cascade, Comstock Park, Delton, E. Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids, Hastings, Kentwood, Lake Odessa, Marne, Middleville, Rockford, Walker (via the Kenewa Hills School District ) and Wyoming.

Pere Marquette District - Serves the counties of Lake, Mason, Muskegon, Newaygo and Oceana. Communities within the counties include: Bailey, Baldwin,Bitely/Lilley, Chase, Custer, Fountain, Fremont, Freesoil, Fruitport, Grant, Hart, Hesperia, Holton, Idlewild, Irons, Ludington, Luther, Montague, Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, N. Muskegon, Muskegon Twp. New Era, Norton Shores, Newaygo, Pentwater, Ravenna, Rothbury, Scottville, Shelby, Twin Lake, Walkerville, White Cloud, and Whitehall.

Lakeshore District - Serves Ottawa County,Allegan County, Byron Center and Grandville. Includes Allendale, Coopersville, Douglas, Ferrysburg, Grand Haven, Hamilton, Holland, Hudsonville, Nunica, Saugatuck, Spring Lake, West Olive, and Zeeland and Allegan Cities.
